and I can't remember it but I need it for a friend today. It is to help keep your mouth closed and not get yourself in trouble... Anyone?

Someone here (Becky?) has a saying about breathing through her nose or keeping a hand over her mouth or SOMETHING to help keep the mouth closed! GRRR I can't ALREADY have pregnancy brain can I?

It is 'I am breathing thru my nose' so I can't say anything I shouldn't say!

In fact, I just said it a minute ago. They asked if work was any better today.. I said, "I am breathing thru my nose.
